Soft wash vs. high pressure — why the method matters
High pressure on a house wall is a gamble: it can etch stucco, strip aged paint, drive water behind siding and blast through window seals. A soft wash works the other way — gentle rinse pressure, detergents doing the actual cleaning — so a surface that took years of Florida sun doesn’t take damage on cleaning day. High pressure stays on driveways, where it belongs.
